The Uganda Second Water Supply Project was funded by the World Bank and the Government of Uganda. This Project included expansion of  water supply services, sewerage and sewage disposal and covered the towns of Kampala, Tororo, Mbale, Masaka and Mbarara. He was involved in reviewing the project design, documentation and construction supervision of the  electrical/mechanical works.

1991-1995 : Power Engineering Ltd., Jinja, Uganda Technical Manager

As Technical Manager in the construction firm, was responsible for the overall supervision of the construction sites and the installation of the electrical and mechanical services. Responsible for contract documentation, materials estimates and quotations for tender, in addition to drawing of site work programs, implementation and evaluation.

1984-1991 : Nile Breweries Ltd., Jinja, Uganda Electrical Engineer - Head Electrical Section
Responsible for the maintenance of the entire brewery electrical installations.

All candidates who attained 'Member' of UIPE before the commencement of the UIPE/ERB Joint Assessment Committee (JAC) are required to submit a Technical Report and Career Report plus attending a Board Interview. In addition they apply for registration by filling ERB Form ERA 1, and attaching copies of certificates for the Board's processing of the documentation.
